1. Click the Windows icon on the bottom left of the taskbar.
2. Start typing printers. Printers & Scanners should come up, click it.
3. In the new windows scroll down and click Device and Printers.
4. In the top toolbar select Add a Printer.
5. In the next screen click The printer that I want isn’t listed.
6. Select Add a printer using a TCP/IP address or hostname and next.
7. Device type should be TCP/IP Device.

9. The Port name doesn’t matter, uncheck the Query box and Next.
10. Click the Have Disk… button. In the browse box type: \\ click browse.
11. Double click on Print\Xerox78xxUniversal\x2UNIVP.inf
12. Click OK. Select Xerox Global Print Drivers PS. Next.
13. If asked, replace the current driver. Next. Name it whatever you like, next.
14. Do not share this printer, next finish.
